Traci Dolan has dedicated much of her professional career to working with technology companies at all stages of growth. She served for ten years with ExactTarget, Inc., a global digital marketing software company, transforming their financial operations in her roles as Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Financial Officer. During her tenure, Traci was responsible for all financial and administrative functions of the business, including leading the process to take the company public, which was successfully completed in March 2012 (NYSE). In 2013, ExactTarget was acquired by Salesforce.com for $2.5 billion. Prior to this, Traci was Chief Financial Officer of Made2Manage Systems, Inc. (formerly NASDAQ), an enterprise software company, and from 1995 to 2000, she was with Macmillan Publishing, USA, where she held various accounting and operational positions, including Vice President of Finance and Operations. She began her career at Coopers & Lybrand. In 2010, Traci was named “Finance Executive of the Year” by the American Business Awards and was recognized as a “Woman of Influence” by the Indianapolis Business Journal. The IBJ named Traci “CFO of the Year” (for private companies under $100 million) in 2009. Traci holds a BS from the Kelley School at Indiana University, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Steel Dynamics, Inc. (NASDAQ), Manufacturing Technology Inc., Mesh Systems, as well as being an advisor for some earlier-stage private technology companies. She is also a member of the Boards of Directors of Central Indiana Community Foundation and Nextech, and is the Former Chair and an Emeritus Board member for Techpoint Foundation for Youth. Traci and her husband reside in Scottsdale, Arizona.
