Matthew Wyatt founded Recovery Force, LLC in April 2013 and serves as the company’s President/CEO. He provides 18 years of executive management and entrepreneurial experience in the medical device industry, and has been the catalyst for creating high-growth US based companies entering the domestic and international healthcare marketplace. Mr. Wyatt’s operational experience includes leading technical, highly educated personnel, capital raises, design for manufacturing, regulatory, business development, identifying emerging and disruptive technologies, deal structure and building strategic partnerships with key industry thought leaders, innovators and investors. He was involved in the creation of a spine organization for Synthes USA in 1995, serving in sales, management and technical roles and later became involved in the early stages of SpineCore, Inc. When SpineCore was acquired by Stryker, Matt became involved in the capital raise and co-development of K2M, Inc. He was K2M’s largest distributor of spinal implants grossing over $80M in sales under his leadership. After Welsh-Carson acquired K2M common stock holders, Mr. Wyatt negotiated the acquisition of his organization by K2M. Matt also co-founded Tutela Medicus (sold to Paragon Medical in 2007), Nexxt Spine, LLC (sold in 2013), and AMB Surgical, LLC (sold in 2014). He has been a guest lecturer at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, Ball State University and multiple groups interested in entrepreneurship. He holds a BS degree in Marketing and Counseling Psychology from Ball State University, where he was the recipient of the prestigious John R. Emens Scholarship for leaders, and has also graduated from executive development programs at Columbia University and Eckerd College. Matt contributes to his community by serving on the Board of Conner Prairie, and he and his wife Kristin live in Fishers with their two daughters.
